And people like Kyle Watanabe embody that fight.

Kyle is a cystic fibrosis endurance athlete who refused to accept limits. Instead of letting CF define his life, he used it as fuel. Through relentless training and discipline, he pushed his body to extremes most people will never experience.

He became known for chasing one of the most demanding challenges in the world—Ironman endurance racing—and working toward making history for the CF community.

Even more powerful, Kyle has been recognized for becoming one of the first athletes with cystic fibrosis, still living with his native lungs, to complete an Ironman-level endurance journey—a milestone that represents what’s possible when mindset meets resilience
